Our PennDel church consultants not only are well trained, but they themselves have led churches through recalibration and to their next level of Kingdom effectiveness.  Their goal is to help your churches to THRIVE! To do that, church consultants will come alongside a church for one year to help them grow toward their full-Kingdom potential through a 2-phase process:

PHASE 1 — Assessment & Recommendations

ASSESSMENT: Through an in-person weekend visit and interviews, the pastor and selected team receives a fresh and honest perspective on where the leadership and church is currently and where ministry effort may be “stuck”.  This will lead toward key success factors to focus effort, resources and ministry.  Clarity will be gained around:

• The current condition of the church

• A clear understanding of strengths and weaknesses

•  Facility needs and functionality

•  Leadership structure and style

RECOMMENDATIONS: Following the on-site visit and interviews, the church consultant will compile the finding into a summary report along with key recommendations that will be provided to the pastor. Along with the pastor, recommendations will be prioritized. The pastor will receive:

• Key success factors for the church to move forward

• Recommendations for the critical ministries of the church

• Discussion around the next steps moving forward

PHASE 2 — Strategic Plan & Implementation:

STRATEGIC PLAN:  Utilizing the findings from the assessments and recommendations in Phase #1, a strategic plan will be developed in coordination with the lead pastor and key team members as designated by the lead pastor.  The scope of the strategic plan will encompass a three-year plan, broken down into quarterly implementation plans and goals. 

IMPLEMENTATION:  Monthly calls between the lead pastor and the church consultant will provide the support and the partnership needed to assure progress and the necessary changes to realize the fulfillment of the strategic plan.  Any additional on-site visit will be upon request for team development and trainings.
